What Every Plan Includes
- A private, fully furnished therapy or treatment room. Mindspace rooms have a sofa, chairs, and a desk; Bodyspace rooms have an electric massage table or chair.
- Smartlock access from your phone. No keys, no front desk, no waiting for someone to let you in.
- WiFi and printing at every location.
- Booking from 7AM to 11PM, seven days a week. Pay As You Go bookings run 9AM to 5PM.
- Recurring bookings, so your regular clients always come to the same room at the same time.
- Mail service: a discount on Standard, included on Premium. Premium also includes storage space for your supplies.
Booking and Cancellation Policy
The minimum booking is one hour for a Mindspace room and 1 hour 15 minutes for a Bodyspace room. After the minimum you book in 15-minute increments, so a 50-minute session plus reset time costs what it should.
Cancel a Mindspace booking up to 12 hours before, or a Bodyspace booking up to 24 hours before, and you are not charged. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged in full.
Memberships have no lease and no contract. Pause or cancel anytime. The one exception is mail service: virtual mailbox plans carry a 6-month minimum, or 12 months if you use the address for a Google Business Profile. See the FAQ for the full policy.
What a Month Costs

The pattern is simple. Pay As You Go wins if you see a client or two a month. Standard becomes cheaper than Pay As You Go at about 4 hours a month, and Premium becomes cheaper than Standard at about 19 hours. A full-time practice booking 40 hours a month pays $687 on Premium, with mail service and storage included, against a typical South Florida therapy office lease of $2,000 to $3,000 a month before furniture and utilities. What Hourly Therapy Office Rental Is
Hourly therapy office rental is a way for licensed therapists, psychologists, counselors, and wellness providers to use a private, furnished office only for the hours they see clients, instead of leasing a room by the month or year. At Khospace, a practitioner joins a plan, books a Mindspace or Bodyspace room online for the time they need, and unlocks the building and the room with their phone. The room is furnished and cleaned, WiFi and printing are included, and there is no front desk to staff. Rates run from $11 to $35 an hour depending on the plan, and there is no lease, deposit, or buildout.
