How the Calculator Works
The math is simple: your monthly cost is the plan's membership fee plus the hourly rate times the hours you book. Pay As You Go has no membership fee and the highest hourly rate, so it wins for a client or two a month. Standard adds a small membership for a lower rate. Premium adds a larger membership for the lowest rate, plus mail service and storage.
For example, a practitioner seeing clients 20 hours a month pays $700 on Pay As You Go, $487 on Standard, and $467 on Premium. Compare that with a traditional therapy office lease in South Florida of $2,000 to $3,000 a month before furniture, utilities, and a buildout, and the savings at any caseload under full-time are large.
