No. Every Khospace plan is 100% no-lease and no-contract. You rent therapy office space by the hour and can pause or cancel your membership at any time — no minimum term, no buildout, and no hidden fees.

Khospace offers three plans: Pay As You Go at $35/hr with no monthly fee, Standard at $22/hr with a $47/month membership, and Premium at $11/hr with a $247/month membership. Every plan includes smartlock access, free WiFi, and printing.

The minimum booking is 1 hour for Mindspace (therapy) rooms and 1 hour 15 minutes for Bodyspace (massage and wellness) rooms. After the minimum, you can book in 15-minute increments.

Mindspace bookings can be cancelled up to 12 hours before the scheduled time, and Bodyspace bookings up to 24 hours before. Bookings are charged after the scheduled reservation time, so if you cancel within the required notice period, no charge is applied. Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable and are charged in full.

Every Khospace location uses Kisi smartlock access. Once you are an approved member, you unlock the building and your booked room from your smartphone — no keys and no front-desk check-in, available on-demand during opening hours.

Every room is fully furnished and move-in ready, with comfortable seating, free high-speed WiFi, printing, climate control, and access to shared waiting areas. Bodyspace rooms include massage tables or electric massage chairs.

Khospace is designed for therapy and wellness professionals — psychologists, licensed therapists and counselors, psychiatrists, social workers, massage therapists, acupuncturists, coaches, and other healers running a private practice.

Yes. Mail service lets you use your Khospace suite address for Google Business registration, insurance credentialing, and professional correspondence. Mailing is included on the Premium plan and discounted on Standard. Virtual Mailbox Plans have a 6-month minimum commitment (12 months if the address is used for a Google Business Profile).

Yes. You can schedule recurring bookings to hold the same room and time each week for your regular clients, subject to availability.

Yes, every location has parking for members and their clients, and several include free on-site parking. Options vary by location — some offer reserved Khospace spaces, while others use garage, valet, or metered street parking — so check your location page or ask during your tour.

Schedule a free tour at your preferred location. After the tour, create an account through that location’s signup form (approval within about 24 hours), complete a short 30-minute onboarding, and you are ready to book.

Khospace has 9 open locations across South Florida: Aventura, Boca Raton, Coconut Creek, Coral Gables, Dadeland/Kendall, Delray Beach, Doral, Fort Lauderdale, and Plantation. North Miami opens September 2026 and Scottsdale, AZ is expected to open in the third quarter of 2027.
