What Happens on a Tour
A tour takes about 20 minutes. A member of the Khospace team meets you at the building, shows you the Mindspace therapy rooms and the Bodyspace treatment rooms, and walks you through how smartlock access, booking, and recurring reservations work. There is no front desk, so you see the space exactly as your clients will.
Bring questions about your specialty. If you need a particular setup, such as a table height, storage for supplies, a waiting area for clients, or parking details, this is the time to check the room that fits.
Afterwards, if it fits, you create an account in the member portal, choose a plan on the pricing page, and complete a 30-minute onboarding. Most practitioners book their first hour the same week.
Before You Book a Tour
- Is the tour free?
- Yes. There is no charge and no obligation.
- Can I tour more than one location?
- Yes. Many practitioners tour two locations and pick the one closest to their clients. Use the nearest-location finder to compare drive times.
- Do I need to tour before booking?
- No. If you already know the space, you can create an account and book directly. Tours are for anyone who wants to see the rooms first.
