Khospace Is Coming to Scottsdale

After seven years and nine locations across South Florida, Khospace is opening its first location outside the state. Scottsdale, Arizona will be home to our first Western location, bringing no-lease, by-the-hour therapy and wellness offices to practitioners across the Phoenix metro.

We are finalizing the location now and expect to open in the third quarter of 2027. The address, room count, and exact opening date will be announced here and on our Scottsdale location page as they are confirmed. If you practice in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Tempe, or north Phoenix, register your interest now and you will hear first.

What Khospace Is

Khospace is a network of private therapy and wellness offices that licensed practitioners rent by the hour instead of leasing. Founded in 2019, it now serves more than 3,000 providers: psychologists, therapists, counselors, massage therapists, estheticians, acupuncturists, and other wellness professionals who want a professional room without a multi-year commitment.

Every location works the same way. You join a plan, book a room online for the hours you need, and unlock the building and the room with your phone. Rooms are furnished and cleaned, WiFi and printing are included, and there is no front desk. You pay for the hours you see clients and nothing else.

Two kinds of rooms are available at every location. Mindspace rooms are furnished for talk therapy, counseling, psychological assessment, and coaching, with a sofa, chairs, and a desk. Bodyspace rooms have electric massage tables or chairs for massage, acupuncture, esthetics, and other hands-on work.

Why Scottsdale

Scottsdale has one of the deepest private-pay therapy and wellness markets in the Southwest, and a long-standing shortage of professional space that a solo practitioner can rent without signing a five-year lease. The same problem we set out to solve in Aventura in 2019 exists here, at scale.

It is also easy to reach. Loop 101 puts Paradise Valley, Tempe, and north Phoenix within a short drive, so a practitioner can serve clients across the metro from one address.

For anyone who has searched for coworking space in Scottsdale or office space for rent in Scottsdale and found only open floors or long leases, Khospace is the third option: a private, quiet room with a door, for the hours you actually use it.

What to Expect

Scottsdale will follow the same model as our Florida locations:

• Private Mindspace and Bodyspace rooms, bookable by the hour
• Smartlock access from your phone, 7AM to 11PM, seven days a week
• Three plans: Pay As You Go at $35 an hour with no monthly fee, Standard at $22 an hour with a $47 monthly membership, and Premium at $11 an hour with a $247 monthly membership that includes mail service and storage
• Recurring bookings so your regular clients always come to the same room
• No lease, no deposit, no buildout, and the option to pause or cancel anytime
